Pricing
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All prices on the site include GST. For international customers
we will reduce the amount payable by the GST component. We will confirm
the reduced price by email.
Discounts
As we purchase as much of our products as possible directly from the manuafacturer,
we are able to pass on bulk buying savings to you. Each week we offer a different special, so make sure you check back often.

Payment Options
We accept payment by Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, direct deposit, cheque, lay-by or money order.
When paying by Credit Card, please feel confident that our secure site will keep your details safe.
If you are paying by direct deposit, please make sure you let us know when you have desposited the funds so that we can ship your order as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Cheques need to be cleared before we can ship your order, so please allow a few extra days.

Making Changes
If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found that you’ve made a mistake or would like to change something,
please contact us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order,
and let you know if a change can be made.

In general if we have not yet shipped your order, then additional quantities

When you are logged onto our website, you can view the status of your order in the "previous orders" section.
Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel
your order. A cancellation fee may be payable (This is generally equal
to 30% of the order, but may be more or less depending upon where the
order is up to.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via standard Australia Post.
During the closing down sale, we are no longer offering free shipping. We are sure you will understand that at 50% off, we cannot subsidise the postage costs. We are however offering a flat charge of $10.00
International customers will receive their packages via international
courier delivery at cost.
